Ticket Policy

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using The Grand’s online ticketing system. 

By using this site or by using a ticket to enter a performance you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use. If you do not agree to any of the following terms, do not use the site, do not purchase tickets to and/or attend an event at The Grand. By clicking the “Finalize Order” button or by using a ticket for entry to an event hosted by The Grand, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions of sale/use, including the refund and exchanges sections. All orders are subject to card approval and billing address verification. 

Refunds

There are NO REFUNDS on any ticket except as required by law. If an event is cancelled due to severe weather, all previously purchased tickets shall be honored on the rescheduled date. Patrons unable to attend the rescheduled performance may request a cancellation refund. Ticket users are solely responsible for any risks related to traveling to The Grand during severe weather. You may donate your tickets back to The Grand for events presented by The Grand.   

Exchanges

All tickets may be exchanged for another event, subject to availability, up to 24 hours before the originally scheduled event. 

If you are unable to attend, you may donate your ticket value to The Grand up to the start of the event. 

Discounts

Discounts are not available for all performances. Please contact the Box Office at 409-765-1894 to see if a discount applies to the performance you’re interested in. 

  • Senior Discount (55 and older) – 10% off, normal fees apply. 
  • Student Discount – 10% off, normal fees apply. Valid student ID required. 
  • Volunteer Discount – 20% off, no handling fees. 
Group Discounts
  • 10+ tickets → 10% discount 
  • 15+ tickets → 15% discount 
  • 20+ tickets → 20% discount 

Group discounts apply only to tickets for the same performance. To arrange a group purchase, call the Box Office at 409-765-1894.

Ticket Handling Charges

Online: $3.50 per ticket + $3.50 per order 

Over the phone: $1.50 per ticket + $3.50 per order 

In person: No handling fees 

Ticket Duplication

Each ticket printed features a secure barcode that permits one admission per ticket. Tickets shall not be duplicated, copied, modified, or re-printed under any circumstance. 

Lost Tickets

Lost your tickets? No problem! Call the Box Office, and we’ll be happy to reprint them for you. 

Resale

Ticket resale is strictly prohibited. 

The Grand Box Office is the only authorized agent for ticket sales. Tickets purchased from secondary sellers may not be valid and cannot be guaranteed. Should an event be canceled and refunds made available, only tickets purchased through The Grand (online or in person) will be honored.
