Emancipation Gospel Celebration

Join the NIA Cultural Center for the 5^th Annual Emancipation Gospel Celebration Concert featuring Four-time GRAMMY® Award-winner and multiple Stellar and GMA Dove Award winner Karen Clark Sheard on Sunday, June 14, 2026, at 4PM at the historic 1894 Grand Opera House in Galveston, Texas, the birthplace of Juneteenth.

Also performing will be Award-winning artist Byron Cage, known as the “Prince of Praise,” and will open with a performance from The Brown Four, a talented sibling group hailing from Memphis, Tennessee.
