Here’s your chance to bring a little drama to dinner.
Gather your tablemates, choose a theme, and decorate your table for the evening. Elegant? Outrageous? Theatrical? Completely over the top? We encourage it. Guests will scan QR codes on the tables and add donations to the table they love the most. It never hurts to dress with your table!

WHO IS DAISY?
Dine Out for Daisy supports Daisy’s Friends, The Grand’s program providing students from Galveston and the Mainland with free and reduced-cost opportunities to experience live theater.
For many of these young people, a school trip to The Grand is their very first experience with live professional theater.
Daisy’s Friends was created in memory of Daisy Ruth Peterek, whose joyful spirit continues to inspire generosity, imagination, and a love for sharing special experiences with others.
Every table at Dine Out for Daisy helps open The Grand’s doors to another generation.

How much is a table and how many people does it seat? $1500 and seats 8.

Can I purchase individual seats, or only a full table? Only full tables at this time.

What is included with my table? Entry, Apps, Dinner, Wine, Music, Dancing, and FUN!

How does the table decorating contest work? Choose your own theme, bring centerpiece, settings, linens, decor…it’s only as big as your creativity! And feel free to have your table dress to match the theme you chose.

When can we begin decorating? 2:00 PM

Are there restrictions on decorations? No open flames, no electricity provided.

Do I need to bring my own table decorations? Yes. Each table will have a linen on it and chairs. Food will be served on top of the table decor, not using your plates, etc.

Is wine included? Wine parings are included. Other bar needs will be available for individual purchase.

Will other beverages be available? Yes, there will be a bar as well as soda and water.

Can dietary restrictions/allergies be accommodated? Yes, please note this at the time of your reservation.

What should I wear? Dress to match your table! Space theme? Grab those astronaut costumes! Christmas theme…looks like ugly sweater weather! The goal is to HAVE FUN!

Where should I park? Thursday nights after 6:00 are free in the downtown area, so find a spot and pop over!

What happens if it rains? The event will take place rain or shine and will still take place at The Grand…don’t worry…we’ve got you “covered”!

Is my purchase tax-deductible? Yes, minus the fair market value of the meal/wines.
