DIGITAL TICKETS
The Grand has transitioned to digital tickets. The bar code on the print-at-home ticket or mobile device must be scanned at the entry to the theatre. There will be no will call option. A member of the box office staff will be available at each performance for assistance with ticketing.
GROUP TICKETS
Groups of 20 or more may receive discounted rates. Call The Grand’s Box Office to discuss opportunities to save! Groups may receive one complimentary ticket per each 20 paid guests in the group. Email tickets@thegrand.com or call 409.765.1894 to make group reservations. Group discounts and complimentary tickets are not available for some performances.
ACCESSIBILITY SERVICES
The Grand 1894 Opera House is accessible to patrons using wheelchairs. Assisted listening devices are available at every performance for patrons who may wish to use them. For special accommodation requests (e.g. wheelchair seating, medical needs) please specify your need when purchasing tickets or call the box office at 409.765.1894 for instructions/assistance before placing your order.
ADMISSION POLICY
Entry doors to The Grand will open one hour prior to the performance time listed on your ticket. Seating in the theatre will usually begin at half-hour. No outside food or drink permitted.
LATE SEATING
Traffic and parking near the theater can become congested prior to a show. We suggest that you allow extra time to arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy the performance. Those arriving after a performance has begun will be seated at the discretion of the management.
PERFORMANCE NOTES
All performances, artists, prices, dates and times are subject to change. Please check your ticket for curtain time and date. Cameras, audio/video equipment and pagers are prohibited. The use of cellular phones during a performance is prohibited without the express approval of the artist and management. The Grand is a tobacco-free environment.
TICKET POLICIES
The barcode on the ticket allows only one entry per scan. Unauthorized duplication, resale or alteration of a ticket may prevent admittance to the event. The ticket constitutes a revocable license which permits the sole holder to gain admission to the premises for the limited purpose of attending the event described hereon. The ticket is valid ONLY for the date, time and performance as printed. Latecomers will be seated at the discretion of the management. Cameras and recording equipment are not permitted inside the theatre. The Grand is a smoke-free, vape-free facility. Purchasing a ticket serves as permission to be photographed or videotaped for publicity use by The Grand. Management is not responsible for articles left unattended. Event time and date are subject to change.
TICKETS FOR TODDLERS AND INFANTS
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and be able to sit quietly throughout the performance. We ask parents to use their discretion in bringing very young children.
