The Grand 1894 Opera House is accessible to patrons using wheelchairs.
Infra-red listening devices are available for patrons who are hearing impaired. For special accommodation requests (e.g. wheelchair seating, medical needs) please call the box office for instructions before placing your order.
The Grand 1894 Opera House opens the lobby doors one hour prior to the beginning of each performance.
Theatre doors open approximately 30 minutes prior to curtain.
Traffic and parking around the theater can become congested prior to a show. We suggest that you allow extra time to arrive relaxed and ready to enjoy your event. Those arriving after a performance has begun will be seated at the discretion of theatre staff. Late arriving patrons should expect to be seated after the first intermission for some events.
All performances, artists, prices, dates and times are subject to change. Please check your ticket for curtain time and date. Cellular phones, cameras, audio/video equipment and pagers are prohibited. The Grand is a tobacco-free environment.
Exchange privileges are available to Patron’s Choice and PAS Choice Subscribers. If seats are available, subscribers may exchange tickets for any other event within the same season (events from Sept. 1, 2012 through August 31, 2013) for a $4 per ticket fee.
Exchange privileges are not available to Grand PAS subscribers. In the event of a cancellation, every effort will be made to notify the ticket purchaser using the contact information provided upon ticket purchase.
REFUNDS AND CREDITS
Once an order is placed, there are NO REFUNDS on tickets unless the event is cancelled. Refunds are only made to the original purchaser and are issued only for the value of the tickets only. Processing fees are non-refundable. Credit accrued due to exchanges must be used during the season in which the credit was issued. No refunds or credits may be carried over to a new season.
TICKETS FOR TODDLERS AND INFANTS
Regardless of age, everyone must have a ticket and be able to sit quietly throughout the performance.
We ask parents to use their discretion in bringing very young children.
