7:30pm / 3pm

One of the longest-running groups in country music, The Oak Ridge Boys have entertained millions with their recordings, television and personal appearances and have earned Grammy, Dove, CMA, and ACM awards along the way. Every time they step before an audience, The Oak Ridge Boys bring over 20 years of hits and 50 years of tradition to a stage show widely acknowledged as among the most exciting anywhere.

Their string of hits includes "Elvira," as well as "Bobby Sue," "Dream On," "Thank God For Kids," "American Made," "I Guess It Never Hurts To Hurt Sometimes," "Fancy Free," "Gonna Take A Lot Of River" and many others. They have scored ten gold, three platinum and one double platinum album, one double platinum single, and more than a dozen national #1 singles.

Lead singer Duane Allen says, "We always look for songs that have lasting value and that are uplifting." This upbeat musical approach is apparent in their performances as well as their songs. The Oaks’ high-energy stage show remains the heart and soul of what they do, and they refine it several times a year, striving to keep it fresh well into the future.

"I feel like I can do what I do on stage just as good now as I could 20 years ago," says tenor Joe Bonsall. "In fact, if anything", he continued, "I'm in better shape now than I was 20 years ago."

Richard Sterban, bass singer extraordinaire, adds, "The reason (for our longevity) is the love we have for what we do – the desire, the longing to actually get up there and do it. We love to sing together…to harmonize together. It’s what our lives are all about."

Whether you are a long-time fan of country or count yourself among the New Traditionalists from the mid-80’s when country expanded into pop and rock 'n' roll, everyone will love the songs of this multitalented group. When these guys come together, they share their love of their songs with the audience. You, too, will be clapping your hands and tapping your toes to the familiar tunes of those fabulous and fun Oak Ridge hits.
