This encore presentation of the Broadway musical lovingly appropriated from the 1975 motion picture, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, is a highly irreverent theatrical parody of the Arthurian Legend. With book by Monty Python’s Eric Idle, Spamalot also includes deliciously zany parodies of Broadway theatre. The original 2005 Broadway production, directed by Mike Nichols, received 14 Tony Award nominations, winning 3 awards including the Tony for Best Musical.
